Henrico County officials and the YMCA of Greater Richmond attended the start of construction on their $8 million dollar facility in Eastern Henrico. The 1.9 acre property, located at the west side of Forest Avenue and Glenside Drive, was bought by the Stein Investment Group. The combined six properties sold for $1.62 million. Stein plans to build a climate-controlled self-storage facility on the property.
